Rod Ward has also ben practicing injury law only for over a dozen years. He is a Lifetime Member of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the MTLA Board of Governors as well as chairing committees for MTLA. Rod has spoken to Mississippi lawyers in the area of workers compensation bad faith and been published in the leading trial lawyer magazine on that issue. His case, Rogers v. Hartford, is widely considered the leading appellate decision in the state on workers comp bad faith.
Rod has also held positions with the Mississippi State Bar and the Hinds County Bar Association.
Rod is married to Shawn Ward and they have three children. Rod coaches the Stevens & Ward soccer and baseball teams, both of which have had great success. He also plays golf and hunts. |
