The law firm of Stevens & Ward is managed by two lawyers, Lance Stevens and Rod Ward, who have practiced together since the late 1980's.  The two of us only handle personal injury claims, insurance matters and deceptive business practice claims.  Furthermore, this is all we have ever handled.

More specifically, we handle claims involving auto accidents, boating accidents, medical negligence, dangerous products, bad faith insurance claims, work related injuries, premises liability (including criminal attacks on business premises), pharmaceutical claims and business fraud claims .  We work aggressively to protect our clients' rights and achieve the most successful result on each claim that is humanly possible.  That's why we use the terms "Aggressive Representation - Personalized Counseling - Quality Results."  We are also politically active in our efforts to insure that our civil justice system remains a vehicle to adequately compensate those with legitimate injury claims.
